AI systems + fractional CMO

AI you can use. Marketing you can trust.

We stand up practical AI systems and the marketing campaigns that run on them, for organizations that want to use AI but don't know where to start.

The gap

You want to use AI. You're not sure where to start.

If that sounds familiar, you're in good company. Here's what it usually looks like.

Every vendor is selling an AI feature

It's hard to tell what will actually help your team and what's just noise.

Your team is trying tools on their own

People are experimenting, but without a plan, guardrails, or a way to tell what's working.

Your marketing has to be right

Health claims, disclosures, and funder rules don't leave room for guesswork.

A full-time CMO isn't in the budget

You still need senior judgment, and someone who can build the systems, not just recommend them.

We close that gap. We find where AI fits in your business (and where it doesn't), build the systems that fit, and run the marketing that uses them. Start with the problem, not the tool.

What we do

Strategy, systems, and campaigns from one team

Nothing falls between an "AI vendor" and a "marketing vendor." We plan it, build it, and run it with you.

What we build

AI systems

Practical systems that take repetitive work off your team's plate. Set up in your accounts, with people approving what goes out.

  • Websites and AI assistants

A modern, fast website and an assistant that answers common questions from your approved content, books calls, and hands off to a person when it should.

  • Backend automations

Intake, quotes, invoicing, CRM and accounting handoffs, missed-call text-back, and email triage, so routine work stops getting re-keyed by hand.

  • Ordering and fulfillment

Self-serve reorders, order status, and inventory and shipping updates, connected to the systems you already run.

  • Custom dashboards

One view of the numbers leadership actually uses, from sales and pipeline to operations and service, pulled from your own tools.

  • Knowledge bases

Searchable answers built from your manuals, policies, and know-how, for staff, customer support, and onboarding.

Plus AI readiness workshops, so your team knows how to use what we build.

How we lead

Fractional CMO

Senior marketing leadership and the campaigns that run on your systems, on a fixed monthly retainer.

  • Marketing strategy and 90-day plans

A review of your brand, messaging, channels, and competitors, then clear priorities, budget guidance, and the measures we'll track.

  • Fractional CMO leadership

Regular strategy meetings, direction for your staff and vendors, and reporting for owners and boards.

  • Content and email campaigns

Social posts, emails, and articles in your voice, on a monthly calendar.

  • Local and AI-search visibility

Google Business Profile, local SEO, and visibility in AI search tools.

  • Paid ads and vendor review

Ads management, plus a clear-eyed review of the vendors, ads, and creative you already pay for.

  • Claims and compliance check

A review of claims, disclosures, and tracking before anything is published. You approve, and legal and compliance decisions stay with you.

How we work

Assess, pilot, scale

It starts with a free 30-minute intro call about your goals, your market, and whether we're a fit.

  1. Assess

We learn your goals, workflows, and tools. We find where AI fits (and where it doesn't) and agree on what we'll measure. You get a clear plan.

  2. Pilot

We build one high-value system or campaign, put it to work with your team, and check it against the starting point before going further.

  3. Scale

We extend what works to more workflows and channels, train your team, and keep it running.

  • People make the calls. AI drafts and flags. You approve anything published.
  • You own everything we build. Accounts, data, content, dashboards, automations, and knowledge bases are set up in your name.
  • Senior people do the work. You work with Kate and Bobby directly.
  • A fixed monthly retainer, never hourly. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted up front.

Who we serve

Organizations where trust matters and marketing has to be right

Healthcare

Practices, clinics, and health organizations. Follow-up and scheduling systems with human review, and campaigns with claims checked before they publish.

Nonprofits

Mission-driven organizations. Outreach and reporting systems a small staff can run, with materials routed through funder review.

Community banks and credit unions

AI with approval workflows, plus a claims and disclosure check, from a team with bank marketing experience.

Ag and rural businesses

Practical automations like missed-call text-back, review requests, and lead follow-up, with plainspoken plans.

Growing regional and mid-size companies

Owners and leadership teams who know they should be using AI but don't have a plan yet. A clear plan for where AI fits in your business, then the build.
